Born and raised in Avondale, Rosemary Oglesby-Henry — known as Ms. Rosemary — is a proud conservative, businesswoman, mother, and daughter of a veteran. A teen mom who turned adversity into purpose, she built Rosemary’s Babies Co., a nationally recognized nonprofit that has empowered more than 3,000 families.

She has consulted and educated over 100 entrepreneurs empowering them to start and to grow. Rosemary is ready to bring her resilience, integrity, and proven results to Washington — “to rebuild faith in the American Dream.”

In Congress, Rosemary will ensure national policy meets local reality, turning community concerns into practical solutions for Southwest Ohio.
